I've been a loyal customer T-Mobile going on 3 years. The first year I was so impressed with the quality of the service as well as customer service was overwhelming then all the other cell carriers that I've experienced. 11 months ago the quality of the service they provide for data and telephone committee has dropped 80%. I'm not able to receive data service within my own home I have dropped calls within my own home. Keep in mind as I stated it's going on three years that that I've been with T-Mobile. What took place 11 months ago to where I'm unable to have quality data service as well as phone calls that are not dropped in my own home.
I have been working with T-Mobile customer service and I've been working with one supervisor in the Tampa Florida location. It seems I called the customer service department at least twice a month if not three times a month. Of course I speak to the supervisor that seems to know very much what's going on with a quality of service T-Mobile provides month to month in my own home that I pay you for ongoing for quality service. Quality service to me means no drop calls and my friends my loved ones when I speak to them on the phone you're not understanding what I'm saying until I walk outside the door in the middle of the street. The meaning of quality data service to me means, you can mirror your phone to your television. Or watching a movie without buffering and preparing presentations on your laptop the next morning job.
I've been working with customer service supervisor regarding the quality of service within my own home. Expressing to her to receive a quality phone call where you don't drop a call to your mother that you're talking to where you have to go out to the street if not to the intersection of a street to complete the conversation I was having with my mom. Regarding the data service with the supervisor from customer service the response I received floored me to the point of wanting to cancel my T-Mobile's service but the problem is with that is I have a phone that I pay monthly plus a brand new iPhone that I purchased as well so I'm sort of stuck with service that I don't really receive as well as answers from customer service saying well you have to wait until the Sprint merger takes place and then it'll take time to correct the problem that's not an answer that I want to hear the answer I want to hear is will cut your bill in half or will pay for those phones that you owe you can go to another carrier that's the answer I want verses you have to wait for the Sprint merger and once it takes place it's going to be a while they have a fixed.
Two weeks ago I spoke to T-Mobile's technical support center told the gentleman about my problem he was quite surprised that no one told his department that I had problems within my own home. He suggested he would order a cell booster to amplify T-Mobile's data into my own home. The order was written but someone in T-Mobile cancel it as if I need to call them to see why they cancelled it because I don't call you to express y or to give you when the quality of service would be correct it the next day or whenever before the merger takes place a Sprint.
It would be just so simple the pay for an iPhone that I purchased plus the other two phones that I have just pay him off. Or give me a year's refund of monthly service plus free service until I receive quality service in my own home Inverness Florida.
As one would say I'm not $#*!ing I'm complaining to the right people customer service supervisor how high do I need to go? I had asked to speak to the CEO to see what he would do the answer I will not share.
My name is Jeff Brown I live in Inverness Florida in the show unfortunate for two years I received an a+ plus quality and customer service was over and above my expectation.
There was a service outage with tmoble on 6/15/2020. And my wife was trying to call me with emergency that my mother in law was taking to the hospital on emergency, but because of this unexeptable outage no one could get a hold of me. This is absolutely unexaptable! I need a manager call me. My number is 5O3-951-1963

I love Tmobile they have the best customer service especially the one in southside plaza one of my favorite people is JaRon keep up the good work!
I give T-Mobile a one rating because I can go no lower. Worst service I've ever had. Technical personnel verified power is not even important my direction. If you want a carrier with no signal T-Mobile is the one.
I am so sick and tired of t-mobile. The last 2 days it was 0 dollars to upgrade my phone and now they want a deposit all a sudden today and it happens all the time, it's getting old, forget t-mobile. It's getting ridiculous, if they don't make this right I'll certainly let you know but as of right now I do not recommend them, they are becoming too much.
Been a TMobile customer for 20+ they used to have the best customer service. Now it is the worst... they say we have a team of experts (yes we used to) NOT any longer. I changed plans to save money and things have been completely messed up. They have no clue what is going on. They are taking more more money out of my account than what my previous bill was and my account on line is showing past due. I am frustrated. Never have I had to deal with such bad customer service that can not resolve issues. Wait time is horrible, used to be able to get a call back... well no longer. As I said I mentioned I stayed with Tmobile for so long because customer service was good. Looking for a new provider!
CAUTION!
I was considering adding 2 additional lines of service to the 2 that I already had and the TM rep 'sold' me on the fact that if I added these 2 additional lines (for a total of 4 lines) that the 4th line would be at no charge so I approved this and SIM cards were sent to me. Once the SIM cards arrived I went to the TM store for the set-up and (once again) the in-store TM rep assured me that 1 of the additional lines would be at 'no charge' so I approved the set up and walked out a happy customer. Several days later I located my upcoming bill on-line and to my surprise the additional line was NOT no charge. After several attempts with customer service to resolve this I can't get ANYONE on the phone that can solve this for me. It's too bad too, the service is good, the rates are good but to get me to move 4 lines from a previous carrier to TM (based on info that 2 TM employee's gave to me) and then NOT provide the agree'd upon terms is simply NOT good business TM, I expected more.
Tmobile is a joke, their coverage map is a complete lie. Gave the guy at the store my address and he said I would get excellent 4g and possible 5g service.. But In reality I get absolutely zero signal.. they make promises they cant keep and hype up their sh** service with a bullsh**coverage map..guess I'll keep getting screwed over by verizon
I visited the store located at 9985 Tagore Pl Bldg H #3 Orlando, FL 32832 on 5/23/2021 for a phone exchange and Lourdes and Javier provided superb service.
We were happy Sprint customers for many years, with 5 phones on our plan and excellent coverage. With our forced change to TMobile, we now have very spotty coverage. Phone calls are dropped and conversations break up. After 5 phone calls to TMobile, I was told two Sprint towers near us shut down and we must now connect to the TMobile Towers. So disappointed. Researching a new carrier. RIP Sprint.
T-Moibile is very unprofessional and make everything so complicated! On 3/12/21 I went to the T-Mobile store managed by Ivan Martinez inside the Millenia Mall in Orlando, Florida. I was interested in getting a new iPhone 12 Pro with T-Mobile on their Magenta plan. I was approved to make 36 monthly payments for the iPhone 12 Pro, apparently under the Jump On Demand program. On 3/14/21, I returned to the store with my wife Aixa Figueroa, to get her on my plan. The manager of the store offered us the buy-one get-one-free iPhone deal. They informed us that since I bought my iPhone 3 days, we would qualify for that deal. We left that day content with two new iPhone 12 Pro's. However, the next day my wife noticed that her iPhone 12 Pro with T-Mobile was not receiving any calls or texts. Instead, all her phone calls and text messages were going to her old iPhone Xs Max with Verizon. We went back to the store at Millenia Mall on 3/15/21 to inquire about this problem. They stated that it could take as long as 72 hours for a number to transfer and for us to remain patient. As they accessed my account, they also realized that they made a mistake because we were not supposed to get the buy-one, get-one deal when the first phone was bought on Jump on Demand. In order to correct my account, they made us pay $50 additional dollars to satisfy the down payment amount for the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), and they also changed our Magenta plan to the Magenta Plus plan, which we did request. We were unaware of the change to Magenta Plus until we returned to the store two days later on 3/17/21, because my wife's iPhone hadn't activated with her phone number yet. By 3/19/21, my wife's phone still was not activated with T-Mobile, after Verizon already released the number and the plan was still Magenta Plus. Our problems failed to be resolved, therefore we returned on 3/19/21 to the T-Mobile store at the Millenia Mall to express our dissatisfaction to management and to request a complete refund on the items bought. The store manager agreed to return the entire amount we spent on the devices without charging a restocking fee. Before leaving the store, we made sure to remind them to close our account because we did not want any recurring fee on our checking account. They assured us the account was terminated and that we would not receive any further fees. They told us to not worry about anything else.
On 5/1/21, I receive a charge of $224.25 on my account, making me overdraft significantly on my account. That same day, I called T-Mobile to inquire as to why I was charged if my account was closed on 3/19/21 and I no longer had the T-Mobile iPhones. They continued to explain that they were not going to refund me my money because this was a pro-rated charge that I supposedly owed for the month of April 2021. This was impossible because I closed my account on 3/19/21 and was no longer using their services. I demanded to speak to a manager, and eventually they agreed to return the $224.25 to my account INCLUDING the $35 overdraft fee my bank charged me. On 5/1/21, I received a refund for $35 from T-Mobile but I never received the rest of the $224.25 that they promised to refund me. I called and spoke to T-Mobile customer service about six additional times, but they refuse to help me!
T-Mobile has taken much needed money from me for an account that I closed on 3/19/21 and now refuses to refund me money that I rightfully own. Every time we call and get ahold of a T-Mobile manager on the phone in attempt to get the problem resolved, our phone call magically fails. I am the only person who works in my household due to the COVID-19 pandemic and this situation has paced my family in a very unpleasant financial situation. I would like T-Mobile to return my $224.25 that they took from me for an account that THEY failed to close on 3/19/21 when we requested it of them.
When I first signed up for service, everything was great.
A few months later and their service is terrible. Can't make calls out and can't hear the person on the other end.
They blame it on the towers in Thousand Oaks CA.
What kind of company cannot fix their own towers to provide at least decent reception.
Already have other companies with better ratings lined up.
Adios T Mobile. You Truly Suck!!
Warning people! Mike Washington, Mike n molony lairs and unprofessional.! I had very bad experience with them for one year all the reviews of the fake. See all over the country they don't have more then 1-3 stars reviews like AT&T
This terrible company use the Antenna of AT&T also terrible company with worst customer service! They are came from Europe and controlling slowly all he poor people. You can't poke Bussiness account with them they are failure! From the ceo via all excutive type z customer service! Will give them 0
Pending 15 class actions plus hundreds of million law suit! Stay away
I wish I could give them no stars! This company is a joke. They lied to us for months and months and then sent us to collections while we were waiting for them to send us a box to return and item because we were told that was the only way to return it. There customer service is horrible. The wait time is insane and they are so beyond rude. They tell you all the time don’t worry don’t worry we will take care of it. Well you should worry if you have t mobile because they will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear just to get off the call! This company should not exist! Then when you talk to a manager they tell you that nothing is in the account notes so they can’t believe what you are telling them. Then you ask for your call to be listened to because they claim they record all calls but you know that’s not possible as they say! If you are thinking about using t mobile think again! You will regret it just like we did!!
